Dr. Kate Devlin, a Senior Lecturer in Social and Cultural Artificial Intelligence at the Department of Digital Humanities, King's College, will be giving a lecture at Literaturmuseum Strauhof in Zurich on November 15.
Her lecture will revolve around the ways humans and machines interact. What happens when sex toys are connected via the internet? What do tech corporations mean, when they want to imbue robots with feelings and sensations? Can humans develop intimate relationships with intelligent system?
Kate Devlin's book, "Turned On: Science, Sex and Robots", was published in October 2018.
